Ultramaraton Leadville 100 to jeden z najbardziej wymagających biegów ultra na świecie. Jego dystans to 160 kilometrów (100 mil) na pokonanie którego określono maksymalny limit 30stu godzin. Odbywa się corocznie w sierpniu po ścieżkach Gór Skalistych w pobliżu Leadville (stan Colorado) w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Z racji położenia wysoko w górach, jak i dużego przewyższenia jest uważany za jeden z najtrudniejszych ultramaratonów na świecie. Jego trasa wznosi się i opada 4800 metrów z wysokościami pomiędzy 2800-3850 metrów. Mniej niż połowa startujących jest w stanie ukończyć ten wyścig w wymagającym limicie czasowym.
