W związku z wielkimi ulewami deszczu w kolumbijskiej Amazonii, departament Putumatyo, zwracam się o Was o pomoc dla żyjącego na owych terenach - konkretnie w rezerwacie Osococha, Yungillo, ludu Inga. Ponad dwu-tygodniowe ulewy spowodowały wylew rzeki Caqueta, a także wszystkich pomniejszych rzek oraz strumieni, które pozbawiły rdzennych mieszkańców upraw, zniszczyły wiele domów, zagród oraz kurników. Mieszkańcy rezerwatu Osococha żyją głównie dzięki tym właśnie uprawom: yuki, platanów, kukurydzy, ich zniszczenie zatem odebrało im nie tylko środków do życia, ale pożywienia dla swoich rodzin. Kto był w tamtych rejonach, czy to szukając uzdrowienia u mądrych i serdecznych Taitów, czy po prostu odwiedzając ich wie, że są to ludzie, którzy nigdy nie zostawiają nikogo bez dachu nad głową i ciepłego posiłku oraz wie jak wielkie mają Serca i jak bezinteresownie służą pomocą, zwłaszcza tym najbardziej potrzebującym. Teraz to oni potrzebują naszej pomocy. Zatem jeśli znajdziecie w swoich Sercach wolę, a w kieszeniach środki bardzo proszę o podzielenie się nimi.
