Nazywam się Anula Kołakowska i prowadzę w Warszawie szkołę stepowania Tip Tap. Organizuję warsztaty stepowania, międzynarodowy festiwal stepowania Warsaw Tip Tap Run, comiesięczne Warsaw Tap Jam Session oraz regularnie zajęcia stepowania. 

Staram się promować stepowanie w Polsce, przełamuję stereotypowe myślenie o tej technice tańca i pokazuję, że stepować można w każdym wieku, do każdego rodzaju muzyki i wszędzie. No ale właśnie wszędzie ? Tak, tylko potrzebna jest do tego podłoga. 

Po długich staraniach udało mi się znaleźć miejsce na szkołę, gdzie nikomu nie przeszkadza hałas i możemy stepować bez problemu. Jak wiadomo drewniana podłoga to jeden z ważniejszych elementów w naszym tańcu nie tylko ze względu na dźwięk ale też zdrowia nóg, kolan i kręgosłupa. Podłoga ta wymaga specjalnej budowy, amortyzacji i kilku warstw. Mam odłożoną większą część sumy potrzebnej na remont i przystosowanie lokalu do zajęć stepowania, ale niestety czas pandemii mocno przeszkodził mojej działalności i nie udało mi się zebrać pełnej kwoty. Będę wdzięczna za każdą pomoc finansową.

My name is Anula Kołakowska and I am running Tip Tap school in Warsaw. I organize tap dance workshops, international tap festival Warsaw Tap Tap Run, Warsaw Tap Jam Sessions and regular tap dance classes.

I try to promote tap dance in Poland, break stereotypical thinking about this dance technique and show that you can tap at any age, for any kind of music and everywhere. But everywhere? Yes, only the floor is needed.

After long time i managed to find a place for school where no one is bothered by noise and we can tap without a problem. As you know, a wooden floor is one of the most important elements in our dance not only because of the sound but also the health of the legs, knees and spine. This floor requires a special construction and many layers. I have set aside a larger part of the sum needed for renovation and adaptation of the premises for tap-dance classes, but unfortunately the pandemic time strongly hindered my activities and I was unable to collect the full amount. I will be grateful for any financial help.
