Rodzina Natalii i Siergieja od początku marca mieszka w pokoju przy bursie studenckiej Sióstr Felicjanek w Krakowie. Chcąc ułatwić rozpoczęcie nowego życia w Krakowie uchodźcom szukamy ludzi dobrej woli, którzy pomogą wyposażyć mieszkanie i wesprą samodzielny start. 

Po rozpoczęciu wojny Natalia wraz z trójką dzieci (German 17 lat, Misza 14 lat i Arina 6 lat) uciekła z rodzinnej miejscowości Dnieprowo. Podjęła pracę w Krakowie. Gdy dom i mały sklep, który prowadzili zostały zniszczone w wyniku działań wojennych zdecydowali, że mąż (ponieważ są rodziną wielodzietną czyli mającą 3 dzieci dostał zgodę na legalne opuszczenie kraju) wraz z mamą Natalii (Tatiana 74 lata) dołączą do żony i dzieci będących już w Krakowie. 

Obecnie rodzina mieszka w 6 osób w jednym pokoju. Ponieważ wiedzą, że nie mają już do czego wracać podjęli decyzję, że chcą zacząć życie w Polsce. Małżonkowie pracują, jednak nie stać ich jeszcze na samodzielne wynajęcie mieszkania.

Znaleźliśmy dla nich mieszkanie ( 2 pokoje + kuchnia + łazienka;, 40 metrów kwadratowych), które jednak wymaga wyposażenia. Potrzebne są:

- łóżko piętrowe dla dzieci

- sofa do spania dla rodziców

- łóżko dla babci

- stół

- krzesła

- pralka

- lodówka

Jeśli uda nam się zebrać odpowiednią kwotę chcemy również wesprzeć ich w opłacie za wynajem przez pierwsze 2-3 miesiące. Od początku będą sami płacić za wodę, prąd itd. 

Najważniejszym celem jest pomóc rodzinie zacząć normalne życie i wesprzeć ich na początku w drodze do pełnej samodzielności.

Direct Opportunity to help a Ukrainian refugee family relocated to Krakow, Poland. 

Sergey and Natalia have been residing with their 3 children and their grandmother in a single room at the Felician Sisters' dormitory in Krakow (Poland) since the beginning of March.

In order to make it possible for them to start a new life in Krakow, we are looking for people of goodwill to help furnish the apartment and jumpstart them into independent living in a foreign country. 

After the outbreak of the war, Natalia and her three children (German 17, Misha 14 and Arina 6) fled their hometown of Dnieprovo (Ukraine). Natalia’s husband Sergey remained there with Natalia's mother (Tatiana, 74) to take care of their house and the local shop they owned. As Natalia got a job in Krakow to support her family, the house and their shop in Dnieprovo were destroyed during Russian bombardments. Luckily Sergey and Tatiana survived. In these circumstances they decided that the husband and grandmother will join the wife and children already in Krakow.

Currently, the family lives with 6 people in one room at the Felician Sisters' dormitory in Krakow (Poland) . Because they know that they have nothing to go back to, they decided that they want to make a life in Poland. The spouses are working, but they cannot yet afford to rent an apartment, because of high demand (and resulting high rent prices) caused by the number of refugees. The Sisters and volunteers found an affordable apartment for them (2 rooms + kitchen + bathroom, 40 square meters (430 sq ft) total). The apartment needs to be furnished. 

First priority for funds received will be:

- bunk bed for the children

- a sleeping sofa for parents

- a bed for grandma

- table and chairs

- washing machine

- refrigerator

Secondly, to support them by covering the first 2-3 months of rent in order for them to move in sooner. From the beginning, they will pay for water, electricity, and all utilities. 

The financial goal of the Felician Sisters is 15,000pln which is about $3300 (including fees). 

The goal is to help this family start a normal life and support them in the beginning on their way to full independence. Please help in any way that you can.
